In 1996, he joined Passport Health Communications as President, in 1998 assumed the additional responsibilities of CEO, and currently serves as the company’s Chairman. Today, Passport is a national provider of revenue cycle management solutions to more than 1,500 hospitals and 2,500 physician
clinics and outpatient centers across the United States.
Lackey began his career in 1978 working in the financial administration department for a 300-bed
community hospital. Over the years, he has served as a consultant for Ernst & Young and for a managed Medicaid intermediary. he was Assistant Vice President of Administration for HealthAmerica Corporation, Vice President of Administration and founding officer for Coventry Corporation, and President of FOCUS Healthcare Management. David F. Jones, President
David Jones brings more than 30 years of achieving operational excellence to EnableComp in his role as President of the organization’s holding company, Complete Holdings Group. As a nationally respected executive coach, consultant, and author, Mr. Jones draws on his highly successful career with a Fortune 250 company, and, more recently, with his consulting firm which specialized in enabling companies to improve and sustain performance at all levels. Jones’s domestic and international clients included significant leaders in both healthcare and a variety of other industries.
Jones has served as organization development consultant to EnableComp since 2009, and joined the firm as its President in 2010. Prior to that he founded and led The David Jones Group which worked with companies and leaders to think bigger, perform better and execute faster. In addition to his consulting practice, his experience includes 30 years of Human Resources and Operations management within the energy industry. As Vice President of Operations, he oversaw more than 1,300 employees and corporate assets across 25 states, with annual operating budgets in excess of $400 million. He was also selected to lead the transition teams for three separate multi-billion-dollar mergers, consolidating and realigning key functional areas.
Active on a number of national Boards and Advisory Committees, David holds a B.S. in Management from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from the University of Houston. He has completed Executive Education Programs at the University of Michigan, Rice University, and The College of Executive Coaching. He has authored a number of articles for professional magazines and his first book on successfully navigating career transitions, Surviving and Thriving After Losing Your Job: How it could be the best thing that has ever happened to you!, was published in 2008. Jeff Drake, Executive Vice President of Business Development
Jeff Drake’s health care experience bridges nearly four decades. The majority of his career has been as a senior officer with multiple organizations and entrepreneurial business ventures within the health care services industry. Jeff’s vision and domain expertise in founded on a career that spans multiple levels of the health care spectrum including hospital and physician services; managed care; self-funded employers; ancillary health services; revenue cycle service; and consulting to health care providers and large employer groups on health care cost management.
Drake served on the founding executive team for Passport Health Communications where he was an Executive Vice President. As Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, he was responsible for growing the company from a Nashville start-up to an industry icon serving more than 1800 hospitals across all 50 states. Prior to that, he served as EVP and Chief of Sales and Marketing for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Ohio and Executive Vice President of American Health Group, a disease and health cost management company where he was part of the original start-up team and remains as Vice Chairman of the AHG Board of Directors.

Phil Clark, Vice President of Finance, Complete Holdings Group
Having spent more than a decade in financial leadership, Phil Clark is ideally poised to drive the financial management of EnableComp and its parent company, Complete Holdings Group. Clark, who joined EnableComp from Passport Health Communications, is responsible for all financial aspects of the Company including reporting, budgeting/planning, forecasting, treasure, risk management, internal controls, and investor and banking relations. His vision, expertise and entrepreneurial experience offers tremendous leadership for the organization. Deb Miller, Corporate Vice President of Marketing
An accomplished marketing professional with wide experience in healthcare and other industries, Deb Miller brings discipline, organization, and fresh creative thinking to
the marketing initiatives of EnableComp. She joined the firm in 2009 from Elevate Marketing Group, a Nashville-based marketing consulting firm. Miller previously served
the company as a consultant, before being brought on board as its Brand Manager and Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Miller’s expertise as a highly-sought marketing consultant and manager is balanced by her years of
experience on the marketing/advertising agency side. She served as Managing Partner, Marketing Director and Creative Director for a Nashville-based marketing communications firm. There she was responsible for directing agency creative teams and outside vendors in designing, executing, and evaluating strategic marketing and sales initiatives. She also served as contract Director of Marketing
