Jim Jamieson, Vice President of Business Development


Jim JamiesonAn experienced healthcare technology services professional, Jim Jamieson takes pride in building consultative relationships with customers to dramatically impact their financial bottom line. As Vice President of Business Development, Jamieson helps hospital financial leaders recognize the revenue they are losing as a result of underpayments made for services provided to injured workers. He spearheads the implementation process to assure a quick path to revenue recovery.

Jamieson most recently served as Managing Partner for Optimize Partners, a Nashville-based IT outsourcing solutions company.  Prior to that, he was responsible for overseeing the operations, strategy, resource planning, and overall financial performance of the Patient Access Verification business unit for Passport Health Communications. Heidi Hofmeister, Account Manager


Heidi HoffmeisterHeidi Hofmeister serves as the primary contact for EnableComp’s various clients. Equally important, she serves as their champion – making sure that their needs are consistently met and their concerns immediately dealt with. With fifteen years’ healthcare industry experience, Hofmeister has an insider’s perspective on the community hospital and physician office settings.

She joins EnableComp from Craneware PLC of Scotland, a leading developer of proprietary software solutions in revenue cycle management for healthcare providers. As Client Sales Manager for the company’s Eastern Division, Hofmeister managed existing accounts and renewals while selling financial performance solutions. Previously, she served for six years as Senior Account & Reference Manager for the Cerner Corporation, which provides revenue cycle and clinical solutions to the nation’s top hospitals and health systems. Prior to that time, she was Senior System Specialist and Project Manager for VitalWorks, where she coordinated the implementation of project management systems in healthcare facilities throughout the United States. Gerald Giles, Manager of Revenue Services


Gerald GilesAs Manager of Revenue Services, Gerard Giles provides direction and guidance for EnableComp’s team of Revenue Specialists, covering all aspects of the revenue cycle process. In addition, he personally oversees our toughest payers and most complex patient accounts. He came to EnableComp in 2004 from Cymetrix in Houston, Texas, a leader in providing customized revenue cycle solutions to hospitals and healthcare networks. Giles served Cymetrix as Reimbursement Supervisor, ensuring consistency and compliance throughout the contract/reimbursement team.

In joining EnableComp, Giles is returning home. He began his career as Reimbursement Specialist for Franklin-based MedAssist, an industry leader in revenue cycle management. He also served for three years as Reimbursement Analyst for Community Health Systems, a Nashville-based operator of general acute care hospitals whose affiliates own, operate or lease more than 120 hospitals in 29 states. Craig Paxson, Business Analyst & IT Team Lead


Craig PaxsonCraig Paxson has spent the past two decades helping others improve productivity through process improvement and automation. He brings to EnableComp a unique ability to leverage technology to optimize data capture and manipulation in order to achieve a faster path to revenue for clients.

Paxson joins EnableComp from V3Synergy Productivity Solutions where he served as consultant, speaker and trainer. In addition, he served as Director of Operations for Coventry Health Services and its predecessor, Concentra. Paxson leads the EnableComp IT team which is responsible for client file management and implementation, Enforcer enhancements, business analytics, data mining, and tech support.Contact me now
